White Lilies in the Crystal Vase

Like a happy day,
I am gazing at the white lilies:
Shining in the crystal vase,
Song-singing about their virginal splendour.

But, alas! Time is such a slayer.
By tomorrow’s end,
Blessings of the lilies will be lost!
Time is such a slayer.

The manner in which sweet lilies shine:
Behold for me,
Between my joy and eyes –
The ultimate realization…

Time is such a slayer!
