The Moon and I (A love-poem)

The Moon and I
(A love-poem)

Bedecked, in a virgin's veil
Of shimmering blue...
Is the azure sky,
A bride to the opulent Moon?

The nocturnal elements,
As usual, are secretive,
Giving away no signs
Of love-patterns' singing tunes!

The gentle breeze was slow in pulse.
Now, both race for a race...
When they see my dreams stir up
To dance with thoughts of you!
